Good Morning!
Rachel is doing well. She continues to increase her food intake. This will help her regain strength. She had some oatmeal, eggs, fruit and yogurt for breakfast. She even fed herself the eggs and fruit! Rachel has increased her time sitting in the chair and has also walked longer stretches. We celebrate all her victories- big and small! Go, Rach, Go!
Thank you for sharing with us! It's so great to follow along with Rachel's journey. Rachel, we're all thinking of you and cheering you on! It's not a surprise that you're doing well, you're so strong.
ReplyDeleteAfter making it through distance learning and hybrid... you can do anything!

ReplyDeleteGreat to hear you are able to use silverware! We are here if you need anything. Hang in there, you are doing great!
ReplyDeleteHey Rachel, you are doing so awesome. I can’t pretend to know what you are going through but remember to take one day at a time. Praying you can go home soon so you can get some good rest and eat better food. Thinking about you🤗
ReplyDeleteYou go girl!!! I do know what you are going thru because of my surgery to remove a tumor in my inner ear. Keep trying to eat, keep doing PT and OT even when you are too tired to do any more. It will get better and you will have bad days. Its okay to cry, be mad and seek help. Let your family and friends help you. Your body needs to recover and it takes time. You are doing great Rachel!
ReplyDeleteI didn't add my name to the last post. Thinking of you everyday Rachel. Margaret Dahms
